• We practice the teachings of both the Old and New Testaments of the Holy Scriptures with the exceptions of the laws (sacrificial) that the Messiah has fulfilled {Matthew 5:17- 20, Galatians 3:19-25}.

• We affirm the biblical edicts, that through obedience of the scriptures, (the Law & the Prophets} works & the testimony of YAHshua, that all mankind will receive salvation, to the Jew first and then to the nations who become spiritual Jews {Jeremiah 12:14-17, Isaiah 8:16, 20; John 4:22; Romans 2:10-13; 28-29; Revelation 12:17; 14:12; Revelation 20:12-15}.

• We affirm that the Master YAHshua died on a stake to become the propitiator, intercessor and mediator for the sins of Yisrael and those who become spiritual Yisrael; also to redeem his people and release them from the penalties of sin (death) according to the Grace and kindness of YAH. He is the first begotten son of YAH from the resurrection and the prince of Elohim according to the Davidic covenant {Hebrews 7:25; 8:6; 9:11-14; 1Corinthians 15:21-23, Acts 13:22-23, 33; Romans 1:4, 3:21-25, 5:11}.

• The Scriptures and epistles confirm, and we (NCCI-Charlotte, Tabernacle Elohim) affirm that YAHshua taught and practiced the culture of his forefathers, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, David and the prophets {Luke 4:4, 8, 16; Matthew 7:21-23}. Therefore the Messiah did not begin, nor did he teach a new religion {Christianity as the world has been led to believe}. The Messiah walked perfectly in the Law among men and has commanded all men to follow his example {Matthew 19:16-17; 2 Corinthians 5:21}.

• We affirm that YAHshua will return to redeem his people and put them back in their own land. Secondly, to reign as King of Kings on the earth from His capital city Jerusalem forever {Jeremiah 23:5-8; Isaiah 11:1-12; Luke 1:31-33; Revelations 19:11-16; 21:9-27}

A Body of Believers . . .

Our method of teaching mirrors the teachings of Moses, the Prophets and YAHshua. We teach the commandments and laws of our Father. We confirm these teachings from the Gospel, Epistles and secular references. Our style of learning is through comparative analysis and research. We study the prophesies and the people of the Bible back to the days of antiquity and compare them to present conditions and religions of the world today.

Our objective:

To teach others the plan of Salvation according to the law, the Prophets and the Messiah.

To provide righteous expectations of how to serve our Creator .

To have all questions answered through the Law and the Prophets without interpretation.

The Conclusion

Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear YAH, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For YAH shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil. (Ecclesiastes 12:13-14).

But now has he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises," Hebrews 8:6

The New Covenant Assembly is a Body of Believers who teach and practice the Laws of Morality, the Dietary Laws, the Sabbath and Holy days as did the Prophets, the Messiah and the Apostles. We are excited about the better promises through the Messiah and our liberty from the laws, that were "contrary to us and which were taken out of the way being nailed to the stake," Colossians 2:16. We know that the Law is our peace, our happiness and our spiritual success [Deuteronomy 28] and that through it we shall obtain the covenants established with our Fathers and eternal life. The law is not only the highway to the Messianic kingdom but the Laws of Morality, Dietary, Sabbath and Holy Days will be a mandatory practice for all to keep when the Messiah returns:

Laws of Morality

And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of Yah, to the house of the Elohim of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the Yah from Jerusalem, Isaiah 2:3.

Dietary Laws

"They that sanctify themselves, and purify themselves in the gardens behind one [tree] in the midst, eating swine's flesh, and the abomination, and the mouse, shall be consumed together, saith the LORD. For I [know] their works and their thoughts: it shall come, that I will gather all nations and tongues; and they shall come, and see my glory," Isaiah 66:17-18

Sabbath Law

"And it shall come to pass, [that] from one new moon to another, and from one Sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD. And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcasses of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorring unto all flesh," Isaiah 66:23-24

Laws of Holy Days

"And it shall come to pass, [that] every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the Feast of Tabernacles. And it shall be, [that] whoso will not come up of [all] the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain. And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that [have] no [rain]; there shall be the plague, wherewith the LORD will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles. This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all nations that come not up to keep the Feast of Tabernacles," Zechariah 14:16 -19.

The covenant made with our fathers is that Yah will make the nation of Israel a kingdom of priests, [Exodus 19:5]; therefore, within the Messianic kingdom there will continue to be a forum of teaching and compliance to the laws of Yah and our duty at NCCI is to ensure that everyone is served with the knowledge and understanding of Yah's Word.

"But we speak the wisdom of Yah in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom…"

I Corinthians 2:7

We praise Yah that the mystery of iniquity [II Thessalonians 2:7] and the blindness of Israel [Romans 11:25] is being purged from among this and other assemblies who keep the Laws of Yah. The Mystery of Babylon is her daughters, the church, who teach and keep paganistic practices such as holidays, Sunday worship and the daily incorporation of pagan images and their gods. We know that Lucifer has kept his promise, "I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars…I will be like the Most High," Isaiah 14:13-14, and that the whole world lies in his wickedness [I John 5:19]. Revelations goes on to confirm this and pleads with us to remove ourselves from this idolatry, "And I heard another voice from heaven saying, come out of her my people, that you be not partakers of her sins and that you receive not her plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven…." 18:4. By virtue of this, NCCI does not support anything rooted or in association with pagan doctrine and worship. Our belief and practices often face us with questions such as:

• Are you old covenant Jews or Hebrews?
• Can you substantiate your doctrine in the New Testament?
• Do you believe in Jesus (YAHshua)?
• Isn't the Law done away with in the Messiah?
• We just have to have faith, right?
• How can man keep all the Laws?
• Why do you worship on Saturday and not Sunday?
• Isn't everyday your Sabbath?
• Are you Jewish?
• Are you Christians?

Sons of Adam - All of humanity who has descended from Adam.

Son of Sinai (Ben Sinai) - Is a term that is applied to those who practices the Sinaitic Covenant without deviating or justifying deviation from its guiding principles.

Infidel (Latin) - Is a word applied to those who have left the faith of Sinai or those whom has regressed from its tenets.

Apostate (Greek) - Is a word applied to those who have left the faith of Sinai or those whom has regressed from its tenets.

Torah - Hebrew for instructions. A word that is applied to the first five books of the bible which gives divine instructions by YAH on how to receive Salvation, how to worship the Creator (YAH), become Holy, Sanctified, obtain peace, prosperity and maintain good health. It is the term used to express the mind, will, sovereignty and sanctity of the All Mighty creator and Father of humanity.

Sinaitic - A word that derives from Mount Sinai that expresses the covenant of YAH. It is a word that exhibits character, behavior and conduct by those who practices its tenets; the Sinaitic Covenant called the Torah.

Sinaiticism - Is the system and cultural art form predicated upon the laws which promulgated from Mount Sinai and relates to the ethics, teachings and principles that governed the biblical Yisraelites.
