Remaining in right fellowship signifies a congregant of the New Covenant Congregation of Israel that is in good standing. A congregant who demonstrates faithfulness to Yah's code of ethics, takes accountability for actions, and actively and faithfully participates within the body. It signifies a commitment not only to Elohim but also to personal development and to supporting and uplifting this community as a whole.
New Covenant Congregation of Israel Tabernacle Elohim (NCCI Tabernacle Elohim) defines a congregant in good standing as,

This means that they have been faithful to the Sinaitic covenant, and have not polluted the covenant with foreign religious or ideological elements or presumptuously defied the covenant for any purpose (Num. 15:30-31; Heb. 6:4-8; 10:26-39; 1John 2:18-19, 23-25; 3:11-15; 4:3; 2 Tim. 2:17-18),
- A congregant who has been mikvehed (baptized) and become a part of the Messianic body (Acts 2:38; Hebrews 10:19-24; Rev. 7:14),
- A congregant who has been faithful in attending convocational worship at NCCI Tabernacle Elohim according to the canon of the Bible (Lev. 23:3; Heb. 10:25),
- A congregant that has not voluntarily withdrawn nor is currently suspended from NCCI Tabernacle Elohim (1 John 2:19; 1 Cor. 5:11; 1 Tim. 1:20; 2 Tim. 4:10 ).
- A congregant who has been a faithful contributor to the wellness of NCCI Tabernacle Elohim (Mark 12:41-44; 2 Cor. 9:6-15),
- A congregant who does not have outstanding issues, unresolved conflict or animus with fellow congregants (Lev. 19:17-18; Matt. 5:22-24)
- A congregant who has been faithful and diligent in assisting NCCI Tabernacle Elohim in meeting its mission and vision statement,

Vision Statement
"To evangelize the doctrine of Messianic Sinaiticism, to ensure that the Creator may be revealed through the Torah gospel in the faith of Yahoshua the Messiah, as He conveyed it to the prophets."
